If you find yourself on the Sunset Strip & need a quick break with your young tot, hit the lobby here. They can climb on the low couches and swing in the hanging swing chair. There’s also a rug area for the crawlers.
If you feel like eating or shopping, The Standard Hotel is home to Warber Parker and Bar Ama. There’s always interesting people to look at. But hands down the best part of the Standard hotel is GIORGIOS. It’s the most fun, Saturday night underground disco scene in all of LA.
Only the stylishly elite folks with cool vibes can get in so you must find someone with the connection to get on the list (I know, so LA right?) The sleep deprivation that will carry on into your Sunday will be well worth it. I Promise!

If your toddler is at the stage when an iPad or some other colorful distraction can be used for an un-interrupted 20 minutes, then go for it.
Uh-uh, NO WAY, don’t even think about it!:
I don’t care how cute your toddler is. Pop your head in… turn around… walk away. PERIOD.

A place you cannot leave your toddler alone, not even for a second.
