Blaze Pizza is fast and furious. This fast-fired, build-your-own artisan pizza spot will get a pie to your table in less than 5 minutes once you order.
It works like an assembly line. One guy is rolling out the crust while another is asking you what type of sauce you would like.
Indecisive? Then let’s hope there IS a line to order (and there usually is), so you can decide the direction your taste buds want to go.
From the Green Stripe pizza with pesto sauce drizzled over grilled chicken, to the Veg Out with zucchini, mushrooms and red onion. At about $13 a pie, you can decide how naughty you want to be at Blaze.
Did I mention Blaze Pizza has a white-top pizza with white cream sauce and bacon? And also a BBQ chicken pie with banana peppers and gorgonzola? The crust is super thin and airy and the sauce is slightly sweet.
Blaze Pizza is about as creative and delicious of a pie as you’ll get for a fast casual kind of a place. And it’s a great place for runners and screamers alike!
